What is a Document Camera?

In a quick summary, it is a visual presentation tool that anyone can use.
Not only is it easy to use, but set up is a snap as well.
Simply connect the document camera with a projector or monitor and just turn it on. All that’s left to do is to place the desired object under the camera.
The image size can be enlarged or reduced. Such a simple tool for quick, everyday usage is gaining popularity very rapidly in elementary and junior high classrooms around the world.
It is a favorite ICT (Information & Communication Technology) tool for daily productive teaching.

Project the Students’ Faces on the Screen

It’s show time! There will be a lot of
beautiful smiles, funny faces and one happy
class room. Let’s see more ELMO…

  • There is no waste of time to present almost any study material.
  • Face-to-face teaching can create a great class atmosphere and encourage their comprehension.
  • This increases a child's concentration and peaks their interest.

Furthermore

As a result, the class will be filled with better comprehension and learning ability.

  • Any study materials in the class, such as homework, projects or textbooks can be captured by the document camera and easily saved on an SD card or computer. All these wonderful materials can be easily found and showed as many times as needed without losing the quality of the original content.

  • The benefit does not stop there. Document cameras can be used together with an interactive white board or interactive digital board to further improve the learning experience.

Document Camera Applications in Business and Government

Document cameras and visual presenters are not only perfect for education, but are extremely effective in business and government. Virtually any need to display documents, 3-D objects, and even microscopic images live, on a large screen can benefit from a document camera or visual presenter.

Courtroom: Visual presenters are widely used in the courtroom for the live display of physical evidence. Using a document camera in the courtroom allows attorneys to display actual documents or objects on a large clear screen for both judge and jury to view. Instead of simply holding up a weapon, document, or bloody glove, users can place it under the document camera and show a clear, live image of important evidence. Users can even save images and video and add annotation to live images being projected.

Boardroom:Document cameras can be used for virtually any boardroom presentation. Real documents, contracts, reports and more can be displayed clearly and easily. Even the display of new or concept products can be displayed and examined on a large screen. Video records and images can be captured and saved as well. Live annotation can be performed while presentations can be viewed over a local area network as well.

Medical Applications: Perfect for the display of medical information, research material and more, document cameras can enhance and enlarge the smallest images and details. Medical schools can display live images of human anatomy, research facilities can connect microscopes, or directly display microscope slides. X-rays can be displayed large and clear, while medical definitions, journals and more can be seen live to an entire room.

Ashley your references are not in correct APA format. Neither are your images.
Each source you cite in the paper must appear in your reference list; likewise, each entry in the reference list must be cited in your text. You have no citations in your paper.
Your reference list entries should also be alphabetized by the last name of the first author of each work.
You also need to add links to your wiki. I’m not sure if the links from your references count. I would double check with Dr. Roby.
I also corrected a few grammar, and spelling mistakes.
Other than that, the content looks good.
